Q. Since this is a custom item, what’s the delivery time?

A. We engrave our leather products in house so we work to have the customization done and the bags on the way to you via priority mail within 72 hours.

Q. Can the bags be worn without the leg strap?

A. Yes! It can also be worn as a cross-body bag.

Q. What’s your return policy?

A. Because all bags are engraved as ordered, we must consider each potential return on a case-by-case basis. In order to start the submission process, we must receive your request within three (3) days of receipt.

Q. How long are the waist and leg straps?

A. The waist straps are 47”- 48” and the leg straps are 29”- 30”, depending on the style. Keep in mind the leg straps are typically placed around the middle of the thigh.
